Yes. We regularly collect vehicles from Adelaide auction yards including Pickles, Grays Online, and Manheim. We need: auction lot details, pickup authorisation from you, and confirmation the vehicle is collectable.
For private vehicles, ideally yes, or have someone authorised available at the pickup location. For auction or trade pickups, written authorisation from the customer is usually sufficient. Tell us the situation when booking and we'll confirm what's needed.

Standard to raised ride heights are fine. Because our truck is a large 8x4 heavy-duty tilt tray, very low or heavily lowered vehicles are not suitable — the loading angle can be too steep for vehicles with minimal ground clearance. Call us with your vehicle's specs and we'll be straight about whether it's workable.
Within our tilt tray capacity and dimensions, yes. Smaller caravans and trailers fit our tilt tray. Larger caravans or boats may need different transport methods. We'll be straight about whether we can handle yours.
