How the Combo Works
Delivery
We deliver both the excavator and tipper to your site. One delivery, one setup.
Excavate
Dig your project - pool, trenches, landscaping. Load spoil into the tipper.
Cart Away
When tipper is full, tow it to the tip, dump, return. Repeat as needed.
Pickup
Job done - we collect both machines. Clean site, no spoil left behind.
Tip Fees Not Included
Tip fees are your responsibility and paid directly at the disposal facility. Adelaide Metro tips typically charge by tonne. For soil/rubble, expect ~$50-80 per tonne. Green waste is often cheaper.

Can I tow the tipper with my car?
Yes - our 3.5T tipper can be towed with a standard car licence. You'll need a vehicle with 3,500kg towing capacity (check your car's specs), a 50mm tow ball, and 7-pin electric connection.
How many tip runs for a pool excavation?
A standard pool dig generates 20-40 cubic metres of spoil. Depending on your vehicle's towing capacity and the tipper's load, you might do 4-8 trips. Most people complete this over a day or two.
Can I leave the tipper at the tip and come back?
This depends on the tip facility. Some allow you to leave and return, others don't. Check with your chosen disposal site. We recommend Wingfield or Edinburgh North tips for soil.
What if I don't have a tow vehicle?
Consider wet hire where Jack operates the excavator. For cartage, you could arrange separate tip truck collection, or ask us about full-service excavation and cartage (wet hire + our tipper runs).
Is the combo cheaper than hiring separately?
